We worked with Kaiser-Amm / TGA 4.0 as an external staffing provider, supplying remote subcontractors based outside Germany.
One thing that genuinely surprised me was how quickly and informally the cooperation started. Their team began working with our overseas subcontractors and arranging remote access without requesting or signing an NDA.
I found this particularly noteworthy after looking more closely at the company's impressive project portfolio. Their website lists numerous public-sector and technically sensitive projects, including courts, Deutsche Flugsicherung, a data center and a new laser test track commissioned by a State Building Authority. Their own website also places considerable emphasis on security, digital data management and data protection.
So, from our experience, this is certainly not an overly bureaucratic organization. Quite the opposite—they were remarkably trusting and willing to start working with overseas personnel quickly.
Four stars for flexibility and openness. My only suggestion would be to formalize confidentiality and external-contractor onboarding before remote personnel begin working, particularly for a company with such an interesting public-sector project portfolio.

Wir (ARCenergie GmbH) arbeiten sehr gerne mit dem Herrn Kaiser zusammen. Wir sind ein Bauphysikbüro und sind entweder Subunternehmer für den Herrn Kaiser oder arbeiten parallel zusammen an einem BVH mit Ihm und seinem Team zusammen. Da die Planung genauso wie bei uns komplett in BIM abläuft, ist die Planung nicht nur schneller sondern auch Fehler unanfälliger. ich kann den Herrn Kaiser mit der Kaiser-AMM GmbH als TGA Planer nur zu 100% Empfehlen und bin mit der Zusammenarbeit höchst zufrieden.
Ich kann Kaiser-AMM fachlich und persönlich bestens empfehlen.
