Wir sind wirklich sehr zufrieden mit RS43 Haustechnik. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Durchführung der Arbeiten war alles unkompliziert, zuverlässig und vor allem sehr freundlich.
Die Arbeiten wurden sorgfältig und professionell durchgeführt. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns für die freundliche und hilfsbereite Art vor Ort. Wir haben uns wirklich gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

RS43 hat bei uns das Leck einer Unterputz-Duscharmatur repariert und wir sind mehr als zufrieden! Die Kommunikation war top, die Qualität der Arbeit einwandfrei – einfach alles super. Gerne wieder – natürlich nicht das Leck, aber die Beauftragung von RS43 jederzeit wieder! :)

I finally have a moment to write this review (without being asked):
Pure luck and coincidence brought RS43 Haustechnik to our front door, after our whole building and 20 apartments had been left without heating and hot water for days at a time, on and off, for 2 months (the final episode had been for 2.5 weeks and was still ongoing) during the coldest winter of the last years and feeling especially desperate for us with a newborn baby at home. Their van parked outside our building to work on the houses opposite, my husband serendipitously ran into Mr Ruslans and his colleague as he arrived home. He told them about our problem and Mr Ruslans immediately said he would be very happy to take a look, and that we should call our Hausverwaltung. Unfortunately our Hausverwaltung only responded the next day, but once Mr Ruslans received the official invitation he was over right away, having a first look and quickly suspecting the real problem, that 2 other plumbing companies as well as an external electrician, over multiple visits (at least 6) had not been able to figure out. (I should add how the other companies always took days to visit each time in the first place, even during such an emergency situation.)
Mr Ruslans came back and spent around 30 minutes in total in the boiler room, told us there were 3 broken parts of which he fixed 2 and would return the next day to fix the 3rd part with a missing piece he had just ordered. Right after he left I realised I did not check what time he would be back, as we had the key to the boiler room and were leaving Berlin at 9am the next morning. I called to tell him this, and he said he was with his next client and would call me back to confirm the time. We hung up and I went to hang some clothes on the cold towel rail and realised ……… it was suddenly getting warm for the first time in weeks. I couldn’t believe it. What magic had Mr Ruslans just performed?!? He called me back to confirm that due to our travel time, he would be over between 7:30-8:30am the next day. Wow, I thought. That’s a real good service. He was about to hang up when I exclaimed, “but!!!!! Wait please, our heating is working again??!?!!?!” A very confident and charming laugh on the other side, “well, that’s what you wanted isn’t it? 😉 see you tomorrow!” He said. He was there the next morning at exactly 7:45am, finished the job, and knowing his own magic in the most humble way, restored our heating and hot water once more. I can ONLY recommend!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

He was professional, direct, and helpful. He came at the time he said he would, asked me questions about the basic installation of a sink I didn't even consider (just basic questions of how to have it for quality of life optimization) and proceeded to immediately do the work, which took barely an hour, even though he needed to cut the contour of a sink and install it. He took extra precaution and made sure not to make a mess or leave sawdust under the sink. Then told me the basic operation of the sink, what to expect, tested it in front of me to make sure it was installed correctly. He even showed me how to clean it and clean the pipes if I would ever need to do that, and how important it is, and made small talk about needing to clean everything by hand, and how it is a nightmare if you have a little baby! (He is a funny guy when he has the time to talk). He left after a total amount of 1,5h of work, and charged what he said he would charge. The only thing he asked for besides the money owed, is that I leave a review for him on Google. So here I am, probably a bit late making this review, but I hope it helps him, and shows other people the quality of work they can expect.

We renovated our bathroom with RS43 Haustechnik and we’re very happy with the quality and the final result. I spoke with many companies before choosing RS43, and they gave the best combination of price and technical assessment.
Even though we don’t speak German, we managed everything well via email and whatsapp. Special thanks to Arkadij not only for his great work, but also for helping us communicate in English and being very supportive.
What I appreciated most: with many renovations the final cost ends up higher than the initial offer, but with RS43 it stayed exactly as agreed. After the renovation we had a small faucet issue, and they came quickly and fixed it. Reliable and professional highly recommended.

Wir haben unser Badezimmer mit RS43 Haustechnik renovieren lassen und sind mit der Qualität und dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Ich habe vorher mit vielen Firmen gesprochen RS43 hatte für uns die beste Kombination aus Preis und technischer Einschätzung.
Obwohl wir kein Deutsch sprechen, konnten wir alles gut per E-Mail und WhatsApp klären. Ein besonderer Dank an Arkadij für die sehr gute Arbeit und dafür, dass er uns auch bei der Kommunikation auf Englisch unterstützt hat.
Was ich besonders schätze: Bei Renovierungen wird es am Ende oft teurer als das Angebot bei RS43 blieb es genau im vereinbarten Rahmen. Nach der Renovierung gab es ein kleines Problem mit einem Wasserhahn, und RS43 hat es schnell behoben. Sehr zuverlässig und professionell klare Empfehlung.

Das war exzellent – wirklich großartige Arbeit.
Wir sind aus dem Urlaub ins kalte Berlin zurückgekommen und mussten feststellen, dass unsere Gastherme nicht funktioniert. Ich habe viele Firmen angerufen und – wie leider oft üblich in Berlin – meist nur schlechte Laune am Telefon erlebt.
Doch Herr Ruslan von der Firma RS 43 Haustechnik war der Engel des gestrigen Tages. Er war bereits 30 Minuten später bei uns in der Wohnung und hat die Gastherme wieder zum Laufen gebracht. Vielen, vielen Dank!
So freundlich und hilfsbereit wie am Telefon war er auch persönlich: sehr nett, professionell und geduldig. Er hat alle meine Fragen in Ruhe beantwortet.

Wir haben die aller besten Erfahrungen mit Ruslan und seiner Firma gemacht. Er und sein Team waren super freundlich und unendlich bemüht uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen! Sie haben sogar Samstag an unserem Bad gearbeitet. Es ging alles sehr schnell und es wurde sehr sorgfältig und fachmännisch unsere komplette Dusche erneuert. Wir könnten nicht zufriedener sein und würden ihn jedem sofort weiterempfehlen!
