Erfahrungen mit ZEO SOLAR

Wir hatten bei ZEO ein Beratungsgespräch und Email Kontakt mit dem Vertrieb, eine Anlage haben wir nicht gekauft.

Folgendes war problematisch:
- Im Angebot für eine neue Anlage werden grundsätzlich AC Systeme beworben. Das macht laut Recherche und Konkurrenz wenig Sinn.
- Im Angebot wird mit Speicher von Sonnen geworben und bei der Kalkulation der Amortisation mit der SonnenFlat und Einspeisevergütung gerechnet. Problem: Sonnen bietet keine Einspeisevergütung gleichzeitig zur SonnenFlat an. Die Berechnung ist also eine dreiste Lüge.
- Andere Meinungen (nicht Fakten) werden als "falsch" widerlegt
- Wir wollten ein Angebot zu einem DC System mit und ohne Speicher.

(Wortlaut aus der Mail unserer Anfrage: "Habt ihr keine Eisenphophat Speicher mit DC Kopplung im Angebot? Könntest du uns auch ein Angebot für eine Anlage mit einem DC fähigen Wechselrichter ohne Speicher schicken?")

Nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen haben wir dann noch immer kein Angebot bekommen, mit der Aussage, dass er bereits zwei Angebote erstellt hat, aber er nicht noch eins machen möchte, bei dem er sich nicht sicher ist, ob er im Nachgang möglicherweise etwas abändern muss. Bei einer Investition von 30k Euro erwarte ich aber, dass ich wenigstens ein Angebot auf Anfrage bekomme, das in 5 Minuten generiert wird.
- Der Vertriebler hat im persönlichen Gespräch über die örtlich ansässige Konkurrenz gelästert
- Nachdem wir den kontakt beendet haben, haben wir eine Kindergarten E-Mail bekommen. Deshalb diese Rezension.

Die Ausführung der Arbeiten durch ZEO Solar war in jeder Hinsicht vorbildlich. Kompetent, strukturiert und mit einem beispielhaften Teamgeist wurde zügig aber auch gründlich gearbeitet. Die Firma und das Team kann ich nur empfehlen!

Zeo Solar hat bei mir über die Jahre eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher, eine Wallbox und die Anbindung der PV-Anlage an die Wärmepumpe installiert. Alle Arbeiten wurden sorgfältig, zuverlässig und ohne Probleme durchgeführt. Die Techniker waren überaus freundlich und einsatzbereit. Ich bin rundherum zufrieden.

Sehr geduldiger und gut informierter, technisch sehr versierter Elektriker, der auch mehr als die benötigten Materialien dabei hatte.
Konnte mir als Laien die Funktionsweise verständlich machen und gab mir kleiner Tipps und Tricks.

Wir haben Anfang 2020 eine PV-Anlage mit Speicher installiert, lief super mit Zeo-Solar. Netter Konrakt, professionelle und schnelle Umsetzung, super Support bei der Anmeldung beim Finanzamt und den Förderungen. Daher wohlverdiente 5 Sterne an Zeo-Solar!

The PV project lasted approximately 1 year from first contact to final activation.
I took contact with the commercial team a few years before and I was very pleasantly impressed by the level of detail with which the initial proposal was done. I got a very complete description of the system, with detailed planning calculation and a well designed business case. the proposal even included a detailed simulation of the yearly yield of the system, based on the location, weather data and type of modules installed. The modules offered are very good, but not the best in the market (SOLARWATT vs SUNPOWER), however, in the area of Munich I found it very difficult if not impossible to find a good supplier for SUNPOWER. The other system elements are pretty top class, and the assembly is well thought through. The overall price is not low, but competitive. I struggled a bit with the application for state incentives due to the tight deadlines, requiring fast moves, which caused a bit of stress on both sides. Eventually though everything worked out to get the authorizations required.
Due to the geopolitical and economic situation in the world at the beginning of 2022, it took much longer than expected to get the modules delivered (and eventually I got a different model with similar performance and better aesthetics vs what I originally ordered, for the same price).
The assembly team (DC team) who mounted the modules on the roof worked quite efficiently and quietly, without creating any issue with the roof. On the contrary they even signaled some pre-existing damage (e.g. shifted roof tiles or small cracks) and helped fixing them. They also identified the opportunity to install 4 additional modules by more efficiently distributing the initial plan. The only small issue was with the laying of the main cable from the roof to the cellar, and the perforation of the exterior wall of the house. There was a miscalculation in the positioning and due to the force to be applied to the large drill, once the hole went through the wall it caused a bit of damage to the freshly repainted façade.
The electrical team (AC team) who worked inside the house did an excellent job, preparing everything for the final activation. They installed the various components in a sensible way, ensuring proper access and also not wasting too much space in the cellar and despite numerous holes to be drilled and very high number of cables to be handled, they left everything clean and proper as they found it initially. The final electrical installation is also aesthetically pleasing. Mr Sergej was very competent and particularly nice (he even offered to speak to me in English to make the communication easier) and answered all the questions I asked. He worked thoroughly and always manage to effectively troubleshoot and solve any challenge that came up.
After installation was complete, due to a few bureaucratic challenges, it took over 2 months to finally get the system activated, however it eventually all worked out. Only element still pending is the actual payout of the State Incentives, which hopefully will not require special effort.
Overall I am very happy of the results, however I missed a bit of real and effective "project management", which I ended up having to do myself when multiple small challenges arose.
